Abdul Kalokoh

Abdul Kalokoh is an African youth leader, events and media producer, and creative-industry consultant with a track record across youth development, entertainment, and tourism in West Africa and beyond. He serves as Country Representative for the Organization of African Youth and as a Youth Millennium Development Ambassador, roles through which he designs youth programs, builds partnerships, and mobilizes communities around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In 2016, he co-launched Sierra Leone’s first global online SDG awareness campaign with the National Youth Commission, and later represented the country at the Banjul+10 African Youth Charter Summit in The Gambia.

Abdul has led and hosted high-impact platforms for young innovators, including serving since 2018 as Pitch Event Host/National Coordinator for the Diamond Challenge—Horn Entrepreneurship (University of Delaware). He was also appointed International Partner/Representative for Stichting Libertas International – The Netherlands Education Group, coordinating short-course opportunities in Amsterdam and Moscow for African youth and professionals.

In the creative sector, Abdul has combined production, talent management, and brand consultancy. He worked with the LXG music group (Admin/PRO, later Manager), served as Personal Manager/PR to Miss Sierra Leone 2016/2017, and contributed to flagship reality TV formats, including Big Sister Salone and Housemate Salone (assistant producer/content creator). His event credits include coordinating the Diamond Beach Festival at Tokeh Beach and consulting on the Gbamgbaode Festival (event management and merchandise design).

A frequent speaker and facilitator—e.g., at ECOWAS youth engagements on illegal migration and youth entrepreneurship, and at Liberia’s inaugural leadership conference on social media for grassroots and global mobilization—Abdul connects youth energy to concrete opportunity. He also works at the intersection of culture and commerce through TimeZone SL Ltd., a tourism and events consultancy he leads, and has held leadership roles such as National Director, Miss Global Sierra Leone (2023) and International Executive Director for Africa, Runway Model Universe.
